Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
• Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Eligible Items: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain products such as personal care items, innerwear, beauty products, or customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return?

2. Our team will verify the request and provide you with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us as per the instructions provided.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.
• After 24 hours or once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (if applicable).
• Shipping Costs: Any shipping charges paid at the time of order placement are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
